Middle Eastern "Cousa Magda" squash has a sweet, nutty flavor comparable with Zephyr. It's actually iconically known as the best tasting Middle Eastern "style" squash. The blocky, pale-green, tapered fruits have a smooth and shiny skin. They are optimally picked small, 3-4" long.
