The farm has been growing a wide range of fruits and vegetables in the fertile Southern California soil since 2008 using sustainable farming practices. Northern San Diego is ideal for growing avocados, providing ample sun and well-draining soil. Fuerte Avocados have smooth and thin skin and feature a rich and creamy texture with moderate oil levels and notes of buttery hazelnut.
