Description/Taste
Purple daikon radish are globular to oblong in shape with a tapered point on one end. This variety of daikon can be recognized by its bi-coloring that is a violet purple towards the leafy green tops and becomes a creamy white towards the tapered end. The inner flesh is very crisp, has a bright purple and white inner flesh that offers a very mild radish flavor.
