Description/Taste
Bergamot oranges are a hybrid between the sour orange and the lemon. The Bergamot orange has a light orange to yellow outer skin, is medium in size and has an easy to peel rind. The inner flesh of the Bergamot orange is a light yellow, extremely juicy and has very few small seeds. Bergamot orange has an overall sour taste with mild sweet nuances.

Bergamot oranges are available in the late winter and early spring months.
