Two Peas in a Pod is a family-owned farm in San Luis Obispo, California. The farm has operated for over 35 years, growing specialty shelling beans, hardy brassica vegetables, and berries in the fertile central California soil. Brussels sprouts have compact rounded leaves tightly bound into individual spherical-shaped heads ranging in diameter from two to five centimeters when mature. Their leaves range from sea green to fern green, some varieties featuring blushed violet tips. Two Peas in a Pod's Brussels sprouts offer the flavors of the earth and the bittersweetness of cabbage.
