Two Peas in a Pod is a family-owned farm in San Luis Obispo, California. The farm has operated for over 35 years, growing specialty shelling beans, hardy brassica vegetables, and berries in the fertile central California soil. Cauliflower is made up of tightly bound clusters of florets, forming a dense head similar to that of broccoli. The clusters sprout from stems attached to a singular central white trunk, resembling a classic tree in shape. The stems and trunk are firm and tender, and the florets have a dense yet soft and crumbly texture. White Cauliflower from Two Peas in a Pod has a mild flavor with subtle cruciferous and nutty sweet nuances, a taste amplified when roasted.
