Applications
Super side dish and ideal for stir-fries, gently sauté in garlic for accompanying grilled or roasted meats. One of the most versatile of the squashes, zucchini can be braised, steamed, microwaved, stuffed, pureed, fried or deep-fried. Serve hot or cold and even raw. Fry thin slivers until golden brown and crisp; serve with a favorite dip or dressing. Perfect for appetizer trays and veggie platters. To store, refrigerate in a plastic bag.
