Description/Taste
The Kohlrabi plant is a member of the Cabbage family and is classified as a winter or cool season vegetable. Having a similar appearance to the turnip, the Kohlrabi vegetable has a round bulb shape with the outer green skin having a circular pattern. The inner flesh of the Kohlrabi has a cream color and is similar in flavor to both the turnip and cabbage.
