Description/Taste
The King White mulberry is also known as the "Shahtoot" mulberry. It is referred to as the "King" of the Mulberry family, because it can reach up to 10 centimeters in length. King White mulberries turn from a green to translucent white and do not stain, like other mulberry varieties. Containing overall 30% sugar content when fully ripe, King White mulberries offer a very sweet berry-like flavor.
