Meyer lemon marmalade from Jackie's Jams are made from local organic Meyer lemons, cane sugar, water, pectin and lemon juice. This jam is prepared by a slow cooking method in order to maximize the flavor. The Meyer lemon marmalade provides a sweet lemon flavor.
