Description/Taste
The Mini Elgin Marble apricot is a miniature variety of apricot that has an overall orange color with blushing tones of red. The outer skin of the apricot is smooth, but has a slight peach-like fuzz. The inner flesh of the Mini Elgin Marble apricot is extremely juicy, has a deep orange color and a small inner pit. Mini Elgin Marble apricots present a very sweet flavor with light undertones of astringency.
