Description/Taste
Mini Red bell peppers are small, averaging 4-5 centimeters in diameter and 5-7 centimeters in length, and have a squat, flattened, and globular shape. The smooth, firm skin is green when young and transforms into bright red when mature, separating. The red flesh is thick, crisp, and juicy and lined with a spongey white membrane. Mini Red bell peppers have a hollow cavity filled with many small, flat, edible seeds. Mini Red bell peppers are crunchy with a sweet flavor.
