Bernard Ranches is a family owned and operated farm, located in Riverside California. The land is farmed sustainably by relying on the use of beneficial insects and avoiding the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides. Along with the mediterranean climate, Bernard Ranches is able to produce some of the areas best citrus fruits. Bernard Ranches' Oro Blanco grapefruits has a golden yellow peel with a bitter, thick rind, and pith up to a 1/2 inch deep. Its flesh is tender, juicy, seedless and sweet with a large hollow core. Oro Blanco grapefruits are available in the winter to spring months.
