Description/Taste
Rapini is often referred to as broccoli rabe and is known to have many uses in southern Italy. Unlike its close relative broccoli, Rapini does not form distinct heads, but rather forms long leafy stems. The leaves of Rapini form jagged edges and have a rough texture. Rapini offers a mildly bitter flavor with a distinct green taste.
