Sonora Wheat Fettuccini
Estimated Inventory, 8 oz : 0
Description/Taste
White Sonora wheat is one of the oldest surviving wheat varieties anywhere in North America. Since its introduction in 1640, it has been dry-farmed and grown with rainwater harvesting techniques that use at least a quarter less water per season than required for most modern hybrid varieties. This pasta has a great chew, texture and slight sourdough flavor.
