Sweetened coconut flakes are pieces of natural coconut that are shredded and have been dehydrated slowly. The flakes maintain the coconut's flavor but is more intense. Coconut flakes retain moisture and can be easily added to any recipe. These shredded coconut flakes are 100% natural and are made with a high amount of pure coconut oil and are lightly sweetened.
