Description/Taste
Tarocco Blood oranges are a medium sized Blood orange that is also commonly called the "half" Blood orange. The Tarocco is given the "half" Blood orange name, because the outer skin typically does not have as much deep red pigmentation than other varieties such as the Morro or Sanguinello. The outer skin is mostly orange with small red accents. The inner flesh of the Tarocco Blood orange has deep red streaked segments that offers a sweet tart flavor that has a hint of raspberry.
