The circular leaves are smooth, wide, and have a unique coloring beginning with dark green centers that fade into bright purple to violet edges. There is also a central, semi-prominent light green vein that branches into a few smaller veins across the surface. Petite® Watercress Pink Ice™ is delicate and tender with a light crunch and has a fresh, peppery flavor.
