These greens are most commonly used to accent dishes and incorporate a unique combination of flavors, textures, and visual appeal to elevate culinary dishes.
The mixture of herbs in the Petite® Season’s Mix™ provides some magnesium, iron, vitamin C, antioxidants, beta-carotene, thiamine, and potassium.

The Petite® Season’s Mix™ is best suited for savory dishes as an accent and can be used on top of stews or soups, mixed in salads, or served alongside both appetizer and main dishes. It can also be lightly dressed with bright olive oil and salt to enhance flavor. The Petite® Season’s Mix™ pairs well with seafood, poultry, fruits such as strawberries, persimmons, and peaches, heirloom tomatoes, pomegranate vinaigrette, and soft cheeses.
